Adeline Wong manages BIS Shrapnel's Building and Construction in Asia and Building and Construction in New Zealand industry research series. She has been analysing the building and construction industry in Asia and New Zealand for the past decade. She has a particular strength in forecasting, which she combines with knowledge of regional and global economies, the building and construction industries and the property market, into a powerful analytical tool. She has travelled throughout Asia undertaking private strategic and multi-client studies.
Over the past decade she has managed and produced and produced a number of internationally focused customised client research on the building-related sector such as the Building Regulatory Systems in selected Asian countries, which was commissioned by the Department of Industry, Science and Tourism and the Market Size of Fibre Cement and Gypsum Boards in Asia for a private client. She was also involved in BIS Shrapnel's inaugural edition of the multi-client study on Foodservice in China. She has presented conference papers on the Construction Sector Outlook in Asia in Singapore and Shanghai in 1997 and 2001 respectively. She has well-developed contacts in Asia and sources of information.
